We confirm with corporate authority under the penalty of perjury, that we are ready, willing and able to offer to you (our buyer the scrap metals) and able to enter into an agreement with the buyer of the scrap metals of HMS 1&2 Scrap.

Condition: Used Caterpillar still intact. Will need to be cut in the presence of buyers. We have 126 used caterpillar which ranges from 19-24 MT each

Minimum Order: 1,000 MT per Month (Contract)
Origin: Conakry, Guinea
Scrap Price: $112.00 per MT FOB and $ 172.00 CNF Indian Ports

( Note: Other destination CIF can be arranged upon shipment quote from the shipping company to the destination)

We AFRO METAL SARL the undersigned, acting as a seller with full corporate responsibility, hereby confirm that we are ready, willing and able to sell exclusively under penalty and perjury the commodity stated.

These goods consist of HMS 1 Scrap, HMS 2 Scrap in a ratio of 80-20 and it meets ISRI 200-206 specifications. These goods meet the European standard for radioactive material content and it contains no recycle weapons materials.

All transactions will be carried out in terms of local and international regulations pertaining to scrap metals.
The FCO may be transmitted by fax and email and such copies will be considered as originals.

The buyer or his expert engineer should come down to Conakry to check, verify and re-estimate the quantity and quality of the Scrap at the site before any engagement or agreement takes place.

Mode of Transaction:
1. The Seller Company sends FCO to Buyer
2. The Buyer Review the FCO and Photos of the Materials
3. The Buyer send his passport copies to arrange for Inspection of the Materials and signed the Contract. ( Physical Inspection of all the materials are allowed).
4. Transaction commences after the Buyer is satisfied with the quantity and quality of material available.
