We are offering a high-quality Used Regranulation Line for PET and PE, available for loading from Switzerland. This advanced regranulation line is ideal for recycling PET and PE materials. This regranulation line features an 85 mm screw diameter and boasts a production capacity of 500-600 kg/h. The screw has a length-to-diameter (L/D) ratio of 21, ensuring optimal processing. Equipped with a degassing system, the machine effectively removes any unwanted gases during operation. The motor power is rated at 90 kW, and the nozzle type is Spaghetti, suitable for processing PET and PE materials.

The line is designed to handle film flakes, trims, and fiber forms of material, most recently recycled PET. It is suitable for creating sheets from the processed material. The BSC160 backflushing screen changer, an automatic type, ensures continuous melt filtration, enhancing the quality of the output. The machine is perfect for recycling PET and PE materials, originating from post-industrial sources. It handles dry material with less than 1% moisture and clean surface treatment. The material processed includes PET thermoforming flakes and washed post-consumer material with a maximum of 5% residue, ensuring a high-quality end product.

The regranulation line includes a CWC110 closed water circuit in the vacuum system to reduce the fresh water requirement for the vacuum pump. The number of cooling water changes is dependent on the contamination level of the processed material. The BSC160 backwash screen changer, manufactured in 2017, is fully automatic and pressure-controlled, allowing for continuous operation and screen changes without halting the process.
