Since 1983, Plasmat has been operating in the plastics industry and building a reputation as a "can do" service-orientated company. Our service has made our name strong in the industry and we are always interested in buying plastic stock, from virgin materials to mixed materials and clean scrap plastics. Currently we can supply 30 tons of LDPE Film grade scrap on a regular basis.

All of our products are clean first generation regrind. Once we have procured plastic post-manufacturing scrap, redundant stock, and end of life products, the plastic materials go through a highly effective tolling process of, crushing, granulation, extrusion, and pelletising, depending on the product. This results in high quality recycled plastic compounds that are then supplied back to the plastics industry, thereby reducing environmental damage and providing a wider range of products at competitive prices. All materials are guaranteed and a full refund or exchange will be issued should they not work.

The processed plastics are supplied back to our customers in the plastics industry to be used as input materials in their manufacturing processes. Our plastics are currently used for injection moulding, extrusion blow moulding, and extrusion, but we welcome new business ideas. Our plastics are suitable for thick and thin walled products, crates, buckets, tubs, pipes, bottles, tubes, floor tiles, and more.
