Founded in 1909, Cambridge Iron & Metal Co, Inc. is one of the largest companies in the metal recycling business within the mid-Atlantic region. We collect and process metal for reuse, including steel, brass, copper, aluminum and stainless steel. In addition, we recycle ferrous and nonferrous metals.

We serve clients including steel mills and manufacturers. We also offer a range of container, truck, trailer and roll-off services. By using scrap metal instead of unused material, we are helping to reduce pollution and conserve natural resources. We are saving energy by reducing the need to mine and process unused metal.

It is because of our honesty, integrity and commitment to service that we are one of the largest companies in the metal recycling business in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our 14 acre facility has convenient access to Interstate 95, and is serviced by both CSX and Norfolk Southern.

We collect and process ferrous and non ferrous metals to be recycled. We offer a wide range of pick up and hauling services to the state of Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, Delaware and Central Pennsylvania.
